Stock control

GateKeeper provides you with a powerful, flexible, yet easy to use stock control systen for all your inputs and outputs. Simply set up your lists of items (seeds, fert, sprays for example). Then record deliveries from suppliers as they arrive on farm (or wait for the invoice). When you enter field records, the product levels in stock are automatically reduced and the prevailing price used to build the field financials. If you do not want to record stock movements there is even a “no-stock” option.

Trading

Trading allows you to record your purchase and sale transactions. You can run full order processing (i.e. record the order details, record deliveries against the order and finally enter the invoice/s) or wait until the invoice arrives before you enter the transaction. You can use Trading to track your produce as it is marketed by entering the sale contract details and then recording each load against that contract as it leaves the farm. Finally you can record the invoice details as you are paid for you crop sold.
