GateKeeper is the first in a new generation of Farmade software, written using the most up to date development tools and based on fully scaleable architecture. Gatekeeper replaces MultiCrop as Farmade’s flagship crop management program. Farmade software is widely used by farmers, agronomists, advisors and consultants. Data can be exchanged throughout this community. Assurance scheme inspectors recognise Farmade software as a valuable link in the information chain.

Gatekeeper is backed up by a dedicated support team who are there to answer any questions and help with technical or functional queries. The helpline is only a telephone call away. If necessary, a Farmade support person can take control of the customer PC to help resolve a problem or answer a question (only if the customer permits this). Farmade trainers are available to provide on-site training at the customer’s premises using real data. They focus on those issues which are most important to the customer and their specific circumstances. In addition Farmade run group training sessions on a regional basis and also work closely with local training groups. The Farmade web site has a support area where users can access FAQ’s (frequently asked questions) for help outside normal office hours.
