The Stock Module included as a standard part of GateKeeper allows the management of all the input and output type products. The user can choose from one of three available stock options. These are Full Stock, Simple Stock or Price List. Because the user can select the most suitable stock model for each particular heading, it is possible to run a combination if desired.

As well as keeping track of stock quantities in and out and prices GateKeeper also supports multiple storage locations for both inputs and outputs. So not only can the user know "how much" but also "where" 

Contract farming agreements are common place nowadays and managing the inputs and outputs in this situation can be very time consuming and complex. GateKeeper manages stock movement on and off and between the main business and the contract businesses. This provides the ability to manage and audit stock in even the most complex farming set-ups.
